I provide telemedicine-based psychiatric care for adults (18+) throughout California, with a focus on:
Depression and mood disorders
Anxiety and stress
Trauma-related conditions
Neurodevelopmental disorders including ADHD and autism
Relationship concerns
Parenting challenges
Adjustment to life transitions or medical illness
My treatment approach integrates evidence-based medication management with individualized psychotherapy. I draw from a range of modalities including supportive psychotherapy, insight-oriented therapy, cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), acceptance and commitment therapy (ACT), and mindfulness-based strategies to create a personalized, holistic plan tailored to each patient's unique needs, goals, and values.
Initial evaluations are typically 90 minutes.
During our first meeting, I conduct a comprehensive assessment of your psychiatric, medical, and psychosocial history, along with a review of relevant laboratory or diagnostic results. Together, we develop a diagnostic formulation and create an individualized treatment plan, which may include medication management, psychotherapy, lifestyle recommendations, additional testing or imaging, and coordination with other healthcare providers to support integrated, whole-person care.
Follow-up appointments are generally 50 minutes.
These visits focus on monitoring symptoms, assessing your response to treatment, evaluating medication effectiveness and potential side effects, and reviewing any relevant medical updates or additional testing needs. Each session incorporates both medication management and psychotherapy. As needed, I collaborate with other healthcare providers to ensure continuity and comprehensive care.
As I am an out-of-network provider, payment is collected at the time of your appointment.
Rates and payment details are provided during your initial inquiry.
A detailed superbill is available upon request, which you may submit to your insurance company for possible out-of-network reimbursement. I encourage you to contact your insurance company directly to understand your out-of-network mental health benefits and reimbursement rates.
Please provide at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment.
Cancellations or missed appointments with less than 24 hours' notice will be charged a late cancellation or no-show fee. This policy helps maintain scheduling availability for other patients who may need care.
